Job summary

Shore360 is seeking an Enterprise Risk Compliance Senior Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operation of the firm''s Enterprise Risk Compliance function and contribute to key risk and compliance initiatives.

You will coordinate third‑party onboarding due diligence, conduct initial reviews, maintain registers, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years demonstrated experience in compliance, risk management, or third‑party onboarding.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to identify risks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with large volumes of information.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative work with stakeholders and clear professional communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial reviews of contractor onboarding requests and monitor due diligence.
• Initiate and monitor Modern Slavery Questionnaires via the risk management platform.
• Assess third‑party questionnaire responses and escalate matters as needed.
• Maintain records related to modern slavery, anti‑bribery and third‑party due diligence.
• Review client and vendor questionnaires and coordinate follow‑up actions.
• Support data collection for annual Modern Slavery Statement and other projects.
