Job summary

Trusting Social Philippines is seeking a senior Enterprise Risk leader to design and govern the end-to-end risk framework across credit, fraud, operational, compliance, and model risk. You will partner with executive leadership, the Board, and regulators to set risk appetite and ensure sound governance as the company scales.

You will build guardrails, challenge policies, and lead a second-line function with independence from first-line teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial risk management with senior leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in credit, fraud, and regulatory risk within Philippine financial services.
• Proven ability to build or strengthen risk governance from early-stage to regulatory inspection.
• Experience with credit cards, consumer lending, or co-lending products; AI risk models a plus.
• Background in fintech or digital banking with startup or regulated greenfield exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise risk framework design and governance.
• Define risk appetite, tolerance, and escalation protocols.
• Maintain risk policies and board-level reporting.
• Provide independent credit risk oversight across portfolios.
• Oversee fraud risk management and AML/KYC compliance.
• Collaborate with executives and regulators on risk matters.
