Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise printing environments and document workflow systems.
• Troubleshoot high-volume print operations and resolve stuck jobs in Windows Print Spooler.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows Print Spooler (stuck print jobs).
• Support and debug document generation and print workflows in Ecrion.
• Handle high-priority (P1/P2) incidents in production environments.
• Perform spooler recovery (restart services, clear queues, fix drivers).
• Monitor high-volume print queues and prevent backlogs.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring print and workflow issues.
