Job summary

EY is seeking a Print Engineer to lead end-to-end global print operations under the OnePrint program, ensuring service stability, security, compliance and continuous optimization of enterprise print infrastructure.

You will drive operational excellence, partner with regional teams and oversee print-related authentication, access controls and analytics to improve user experience and cost efficiency. This role requires strong leadership in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of enterprise IT experience with strong print infrastructure and operations exposure.
• Ability to lead global, matrixed teams across regions and time zones.
• Expertise in Active Directory user/group/computer administration.
• Intermediate PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise network fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global print operations under the OnePrint program across regions.
• Own service availability, performance and SLA adherence.
• Drive automation, standardization and continuous improvements.
• Strengthen security posture with authentication and access controls for print infrastructure.
• Reduce cost by optimizing paper, toner and device footprint.
• Establish centralized governance for print services and vendors.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts and service delivery outcomes.
• Deliver operational dashboards, reporting and insights to leadership (SteerCo/ELT).
• Lead major incident response and root cause analysis.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance alignment (InfoSec, data protection).
• Drive user experience improvements through simplified print solutions.
• Collaborate with network, security and cloud teams for integrated service delivery.
