Job summary

Security Bank Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Capability Partner to serve as the enterprise authority for leadership, workforce, and organizational capability development. You will partner with senior executives and HR and business leaders to shape capability strategies, leadership ecosystems, and enterprise transformation programs that drive long-term performance.

Qualifications

12–15 years in Leadership Development and Organizational Development
At least 5 years leading enterprise-wide programs
5 years consulting with senior leaders/executives
Experience banking/financial services preferred
Working knowledge of instructional design and learning experience design

Responsibilities

Define enterprise workforce capability strategy aligned with growth and transformation priorities
Develop multi-year capability roadmaps for leadership and workforce development
Advise senior leadership on capability risks, leadership readiness, and workforce priorities
Own governance of Leadership University and enterprise leadership development initiatives
Define leadership capability frameworks and development pathways
Oversee executive, senior leader, manager, and emerging leader development architecture
Provide consulting on organizational effectiveness, organization design, and culture change
Serve as trusted advisor during large-scale transformation and change initiatives
Facilitate executive workshops, off-sites, and strategic planning sessions
Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness and team performance
