Job summary

Aurecon Australasia Pty Ltd in Pasig, Philippines, invites an experienced Specialist, Project Financial Management to join a global team and support the project lifecycle from setup to invoicing.

You will optimize revenue, cost and utilization, lead time tracking in Workday, liaise with regional accountants, and ensure data integrity across ERP systems while delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project accounting or related finance roles.
• Experience supporting financial operations, including billing and revenue management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/financial systems (Workday preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business; CPA/CA qualification encouraged.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Revenue and Non-Revenue projects in Workday.
• Assist in generating client invoices and revenue recognition.
• Manage project hierarchies and time tracking.
• Liaise with ANZ Project Accountants for documentation and requests.
• Ensure data integrity in ERP during the project lifecycle.
