Qualifications

• Strong technical judgment in reliability, performance, observability, and system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for critical search platform capabilities underpinning performance, reliability, and scale.
• Set technical and execution direction for a team working on large-scale search infrastructure.
• Partner with senior engineers, product, and adjacent platform teams to define roadmaps and deliver durable platform improvements.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers and managers, creating clarity, accountability, and growth across the team.
