WD is seeking a Senior Engineer in Analytical and Characterization Engineering (Licensed Chemist) to lead chemical and physical characterization efforts. The role requires a licensed chemist, hands-on data analytics, and strong leadership to guide technicians and drive process improvements.

Open to on-site work in Binan City, Laguna, with opportunities to contribute to advanced electronics and semiconductor projects within a global data infrastructure company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in chemical/physical/material laboratory.
• Experience in Electronics or Semiconductor manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Master's degree in related field is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Perform engineering tasks to ensure chemical, material, and physical characterization deliverables.
• Develop methods and characterization processes including wet chemistry analysis and spectroscopy/chromatography techniques (RAMAN, SEM-EDX, GC, IC) and Electrochemistry.
• Generate technical and executive reports and review technician reports.
• Coach and mentor technicians to achieve deliverables and align with department objectives.
• Communicate with management and cross-functional teams to support operations and projects.
• Plan resources to ensure process availability and support company policies.
