Job summary

Ibiden Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Engineer 3 who will serve as a strategic technical leader, driving innovation, standardization, and process optimization across electronics manufacturing.

You will lead solutions for highly complex defect modes to achieve target yield, establish risk frameworks for critical process changes, mentor junior engineers in data analysis and SPC, and communicate strategic insights to guide investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course.
• Minimum of 4 years work experience in any field of Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Black/ Green Belt Lean Six Sigma holder is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Leads the strategic analysis, definition, and implementation of innovative, solutions for highly complex defect modes to achieve target yield. Drives the development and machine setups, improvement of process capabilities and process improvements across organizational functions.
• Leads the framework for complex risk assessments for critical process condition changes, and leads the definition and implementation of advanced mitigation strategies for the identified risks.
• Implements Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques and analytical methodologies. Provides high-level interpretation of complex datasets to drive strategic decisions and continuous process improvement, while mentoring junior engineers in data analysis.
• Effectively communicating highly complex project/activity statuses, strategic insights to be utilized in organizational strategy and investment decisions.
• Defines, establishes, and champions standardization practices and operational procedures. Develops and leads comprehensive training and mentorship programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence across engineering teams.
