Job summary

Databricks in the Philippines (Nueva Ecija) is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to help customers accelerate value through adoption of the platform, working with them to strategize, solve, build and sell programs delivered by our Forward Deployed Engineering team.

You will collaborate across Sales, Field Engineering, Partners, Support and Product to position and sell engagements that address customers' most complex business problems, reporting to the Director of Forward Deployed Engineering.

Qualifications

• Data and AI domain knowledge and ability to derive business value from production deployments.
• Strong customer-facing and services sales experience with influencing and negotiation skills.
• Proven program management and delivery governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver value for Databricks and customers.
• Partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Partners, Support and Product to shape and sell engagements.
• Identify opportunities for new services by understanding customer use cases and articulating business value.
• Develop commercial models and statements of work with scope, time and cost.
• Drive resolution of delivery challenges and manage expectations.
