Job summary

Showpad is seeking a Principal Enablement Advisor to architect and scale its Enablement Advisory function, guiding clients through enablement maturity journeys using our software and high-level consulting. You’ll focus on ROI optimization, tailored enablement solutions, and strategic consulting that aligns with client business goals.

You will lead frameworks, pricing, and service infrastructure to improve win rates and long-term customer success across our global base.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in senior enablement leadership roles, GTM strategy, or senior enablement consulting.
• Proven track record of building defensible business cases with clear ROI.
• Ability to translate enablement strategy into practical frameworks and playbooks.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator across Revenue Effectiveness, GTM, Product Marketing, and Brand.
• Experience managing complex customer project deployments and CRM usage.
• Experience building scalable enablement solutions and service infrastructure.
• Experience guiding AI-driven GTM transformation and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Enablement Advisory function to hit revenue targets.
• Develop frameworks, templates, and plays for GTM enablement and ROI optimization.
• Partner with VP Revenue Effectiveness and Professional Services to align sales and services.
• Drive pricing strategy and up-skill internal GTM teams on enablement domain.
• Engage with executives and customers to tailor advisory services to maturity and needs.
