Job summary

OpenText is seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Manager for its Makati City, Philippines, office to join the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence. The role focuses on coaching leaders, guiding HR staff, and addressing complex ER matters with a strong emphasis on Philippine Employment Law and best practices.

You will lead investigations, manage policy development, and ensure compliance across APJ and MEA regions while maintaining strict confidentiality and driving positive change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience.
• 12+ years HR experience with focus on Employee Relations.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult or volatile situations and mediate when required.
• Investigations conducted neutrally and timely, guiding Investigation managers.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and evaluate ER team members.
• Lead investigations and document findings for leadership.
• Develop and improve policies, templates and processes for ER COE.
• Oversee complex leave situations in collaboration with HR Shared Services.
• Collaborate with Legal to address HR Legal matters and ensure compliance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly ER reporting and recommendations.
