Lead the daily operations of solar power plants to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
Monitor plant performance, analyze operational data, and implement improvements to maximize energy generation.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot electrical and system issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Supervise, mentor, and develop engineers and technicians.
Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare operational reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
Recommend system upgrades and process improvements to enhance plant performance.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) is required.
2-4 years of experience in solar plant operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong knowledge of Solar PV Systems, Inverters, SCADA, Grid Connection, and O&M best practices.
Experience in performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and using project management tools.
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and grid compliance requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope, and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to travel to project sites and work in field environments when required.
