Job summary

Adaptive Teams seeks a senior BIM/VDC recruiter to shape and run a technically focused recruitment process for U.S. clients. You will define requirements, train recruiters, craft interview criteria and practical assessments, and review portfolios to shortlist top candidates.

You will calibrate assessments and establish market benchmarks to build a scalable process that sources 3–5 ready-to-present candidates for electrical BIM/MEP roles across North America. Hybrid/work model offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience.
• Strong electrical or MEP specialization.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage.
• Commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Experience supporting U.S., Canadian, Australian or UK projects.
• Experience reviewing, training or managing BIM modelers.
• Sharp understanding of design modeling vs construction-ready coordination/detailing.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

Must have:

• 7+ years of BIM/VDC experience.


• Strong electrical or MEP specialization.


• Advanced proficiency with Revit MEP and Navisworks Manage .


• Commercial or industrial construction experience.


• Experience supporting U.S., Canadian, Australian or UK projects .

• A sharp understanding of the difference between design modeling and construction-ready coordination/detailing .

Strongly preferred:

• Experience with a BIM outsourcing company.


• U.S. electrical-contractor experience.


• Data center, hospital or advanced manufacturing experience.


• Experience creating technical hiring assessments.


• Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 or Bluebeam experience.
