Job summary

Advanced Energy seeks an experienced Environment, Health and Safety Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of the site’s EHS programs, ensuring safe and legally compliant operations.

You will drive risk management initiatives, lead incident investigations, and act as the site EHS expert, collaborating across operations, facilities, engineering, HR and quality to integrate EHS into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Environmental, Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years in EHS, Occupational Safety, Environmental Compliance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine EHS laws and regulations (OSH standards, DOLE, DENR, PEZA).
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, hazard identifications, inspections, and EHS audits.
• Experience in incident investigations, root-cause analysis and CAPA.
• Experience in delivering EHS training and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of EHS programs to ensure safe, compliant workplaces.
• Drive risk management initiatives (HIRAC, JHA, MOC) and KPI alignment.
• Lead incident investigations and implement CAPAs to prevent recurrence.
• Serve as site EHS SME, guiding management and staff on compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 through audits and reviews.
• Lead regulatory activities including permits, inspections, and reporting.
