Job summary

Sanhua International is seeking an EHS Supervisor to lead the plant's Safety, Health, and Environment strategy, ensuring legal and corporate compliance and preventing incidents.

The role focuses on proactive safety culture, risk management integration into operations, and safeguarding organizational continuity through audits, training, and robust programs. English proficiency and strong knowledge of ISO standards are required.

Qualifications

• Design, implement, and manage the comprehensive SHE program.
• Identify, evaluate, and control operational risks.
• Lead investigations for serious accidents and high-potential incidents.
• Define and monitor control programs for hazards and contractor management.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican health, safety, and environmental legislation and permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and evaluate the SHE team to ensure coverage of plant needs.
• Establish and monitor leading and lagging SHE indicators and drive data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and crisis communication.
• Advise managers to incorporate SHE criteria into projects and maintenance decisions.
• Plan and control department budget, resources, and services.
