Job summary

Encora is seeking an experienced EDI Developer to design and implement EDI maps (inbound/outbound) aligned with client documents and specifications. You will interpret mapping rules and ensure they meet client requirements while coordinating with EDI writers and analysts.

The role requires proven EDI development experience and strong knowledge of data formats (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, ROSETTANET, TRADACOMS, XML, Idocs) and communication protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SFTP, FTPS, AS2).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field with +3 years of experience.
Proven experience in EDI Development.
EDI Industry Standards and other data formats - ANSI X12, EDIFACT ,ROSETTANET,TRADACOMS,XML, Idocs , Proprietary formats ( Fixed Length, Delimited
Good Knowledge inCommunication Protocols, this would be HTTP, HTTPS, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, plain FTP

Responsibilities

Develop or build EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) maps (inbound or outbound) based on required document, structures, and specifications from clients.
Understand mapping rules and incorporate them with the client’s requirement.
Communicate status of Map development/ changes to supervisor and other interface partirs;
Coordinate technical queries to EDI Specs Writers/ Analyst.
Develop test data, perform unit testing and Troubleshoot of translation logs responsibilities here.
