Job summary

OpenText Philippines is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst to deliver end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions within OpenText Managed Services. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, configure trading partners, and develop EDI maps and integration workflows across testing and production environments.

You will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, analyze data flows, and support onboarding and implementation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational to intermediate programming experience in Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, Perl.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support and work across global shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand EDI and integration requirements.
• Analyze data flows and interfaces to support onboarding and implementation projects.
• Configure Trading Partners and EDI maps within managed services platforms.
• Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and QA to ensure successful implementations.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide timely updates and manage expectations.
