Job summary

OpenText Philippines in Metro Manila seeks a Systems Integration Analyst to lead EDI initiatives, analyze requirements, and design data mappings with trading partners.

You will implement EDI solutions using AS2, SFTP, and related protocols, onboard partners, and ensure data integrity across ERP integrations.

The role requires 8+ years in EDI, a CS/IT degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across global shifts, with a 5-day onsite, US hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years of EDI experience.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
• Experience with SAP/E2E integrations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and create detailed EDI specifications and workflows.
• Design and implement EDI integrations with internal systems and trading partners.
• Configure EDI software and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, etc.).
• Assist in onboarding new trading partners and maintain EDI maps for various standards.
• Ensure data integrity and monitor EDI transmissions.
• Create and maintain documentation for EDI processes and provide best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct testing and validation of EDI documents and lead QA efforts for transactions.
