Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Module Development Specialist to lead the design, enhancement, and governance of learning modules used across Resourcing, Development, and Engagement training lifecycles, including onboarding and leadership programs.

You will oversee both static and digital modules, ensure accuracy with updates from Operations, Compliance, and Bank partners, and guide the Digital Learning Team to deliver high-quality content that aligns with learning and business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in insurance training.
• Experience in module development and instructional design.
• Experience with digital learning production or coordination.
• Experience with learning systems and content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, review, and maintenance of learning modules across programs.
• Develop new modules for Bancassurance sales and leadership training.
• Translate complex topics into clear, learner-friendly content.
• Ensure modules adhere to branding, standards, and learning methodologies.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Bancassurance for updates.
