Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Software Engineer to drive development within our Dynamics CRM program, supporting sales, onboarding, and retirement operations. You will work with product owners, engineers, and business teams to translate needs into robust technical solutions for on-premise and cloud environments.

You will champion quality, participate in design and coding, and explore AI-assisted development to boost productivity while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with a minimum of 2 years in a Microsoft Dynamics role.
• Expert in Microsoft Dynamics development and integrations.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strong alignment with Product Owners to understand and deliver on road maps.
• Utilizes standards, proofs of concept, and templates to produce high quality software.
• Leverages AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software design, coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
• Takes ownership and provides technical leadership when production issues arise requiring software engineering expertise.
• Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by our client to ensure against unauthorized access.
• Analyze, implement, test, document and maintain new and current software applications with minimal oversight.
