Job summary

KCL Consultants Pte Ltd & CS Tech Consultants & Engineering Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a senior CAD professional to lead external works drafting for C&S and infrastructure projects. You will prepare BP drawings in CAD from Architect and M&E data, and liaise with government agencies to secure approvals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consultancy, strong AUTOCAD skills, knowledge of Revit BIM or Civil 3D, and the ability to lead a drafting team with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AUTOCAD.
• ITE/Diploma in Engineering, Architecture or Structural background.
• Minimum 5 years in a consultancy firm handling C&S and infrastructure projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team.
• Knowledge in Revit BIM model / Civil 3D is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare external work (C&S) BP drawings (CAD) from information of Architect and M&E data.

• Ensure drawings comply with prevailing regulations.
• Compile drawings, documents and WD replies for government submissions.
• Attend authority inspections (e.g., CSC inspection).

• Prepare external work (C&S) BP drawings (in CAD) from information of various trades such as Architect (DC) and M&E information (utilities) and subcontractors. (Eg: linkway, drain, road contractors)

• Liaise with various government agency such as PUB, LTA and NParks on external works requirement and WD.

• Ensure drawings comply with prevailing regulation.

• Compile drawings, documents and WD reply for government agency submission.

• Attend authority inspection such as CSC inspection.

• Lead a team of drafters to obtain timely approval for external works (C&S) for relevant authority.

Requirements

• Proficient in AUTOCAD

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Engineering, Architectural or Structural background and qualities

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Consultancy Firm involved in C&S and Infrastructural projects in desired

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team

• Knowledge in Revit BIM model / Civil 3D software with relevant training certificate is advantageous
