Job summary

GS Engineering & Construction Corp seeks a Civil Drafter to develop CAD drawings and maintain layouts, isometrics, and data sheets. You will update drawings per engineer instructions and ensure timely delivery within project requirements.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering, 3 years of LTA drafting experience, and proficiency in Micro Station/AECO Sim, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Working location is at Bugis.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years drafting experience in LTA projects preferred.
• Proficient in Micro Station/AECO Sim, AutoCAD, MS Office.
• Experience drafting for Civil Structures and ERSS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CAD drawings; prepare isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets.
• Revise drawings based on engineers' comments and latest information.
• Coordinate with managers, engineers and team to meet timelines.
• Prepare documents for authority submissions and update drawings accordingly.

Job description

• Auto CAD and Micro Station Drawing.
• Develop and maintain CAD Drawings.
• Develop dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings.
• Revise drawings based on instructions/ comments from engineers.
• Report directly to Design Team Leader.
• Responsible for updating drawings as per latest information provided.
• Carry out drawings/Prepare documents for authority submission.
• Familiar with authorities submission requirements and process, especially with LTA projects.
• Coordination with Managers, Engineers, & other team members to ensure successful completion of assignment within given timeline.
• Responsible for receiving, registering, filling and distribution of documents for the detailed engineering section.
• Develop computer generated drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets.
• Perform other related work duties as assigned by Reporting Supervisor and as per project requirements.

Requirement

Site Experience in LTA Projects or road diversion project is preferred.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years drafting experience in LTA projects would be highly preferred.
• Micro Station(AECO Sim), Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, Basic office software
• Experience of Cad Drawing for Civil Structure, ERSS, etc.
