Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Produce BIM models including preparation of general arrangement plans and schedules.
• Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
• Produce sewer, drainage and traffic plans; provide reinforced concrete detailing (box culvert and box drain).
• Produce quantity schedules using BIM.
• Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR and MEP both within local and overseas teams.
• Provide BIM modelling and coordination works.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering graduate.
• At least 5 years experience in civil engineering, with expertise in sewer, drainage and road.
• At least 5 years experience in Archicad, Revit and AutoCAD; Archicad experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Solibri is a plus.
• Passionate about structural 3D modelling and 2D detailing, delivering high‑quality work.
• Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Proficient in Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills with local and overseas clients.
• Good work ethics, management skills and the capacity to adapt to tight deadlines.
• Experience in BIM model federation, coordination and clash detections.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements of Singapore authorities such as LTA, PUB Sewer, PUB Drainage & NPARKS (training will be provided).
