Responsibilities

• Prepare vendor payment journals based on approved Requests for Payments (RFP) including withholding tax calculations.
• Process disbursements to vendors through various channels for timely payments.
• Prepare BIR Form 2307 where applicable and provide payment proof to payees.
• Monitor disbursements and schedule vendor payments aligned with the funding budget.
• Maintain documentation such as BIR forms 2307, payment proofs, disbursement vouchers and bank records.
