Qualifications

  • Experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Operational Resilience.
  • Strong understanding of DR planning methodologies, frameworks, and testing.
  • Experience leading enterprise disaster recovery exercises and planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical thinking.
  • Nice to have DRP or CBCP certification.

We're looking for a Sr. Recovery Analyst to join our ever-evolving Business Resilience & Recovery team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you'll own
  • Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of disaster recovery plans, frameworks, templates, and governance processes.
  • Partner with technology and business teams to ensure recovery strategies are documented, tested, and aligned to business requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee disaster recovery testing exercises, ensuring activities are executed according to plan and outcomes are documented and communicated.
  • Review recovery plans and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on disaster recovery readiness, helping stakeholders understand and implement effective recovery strategies.
  • Support organizational response and recovery efforts during business disruptions and disaster events.
  • Monitor recovery testing schedules, track remediation activities, and drive continuous improvement across recovery capabilities.
What you'll bring
  • Knowledge and experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity planning methodologies, frameworks, and testing practices.
  • Experience leading or coordinating enterprise-wide disaster recovery exercises and recovery planning initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail.
  • It's a bonus if you have Disaster Recovery Planner (DRP), CBCP, or equivalent business continuity/disaster recovery certification.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries such as financial services, payments, banking, or technology.
  • Familiarity with operational resilience frameworks, risk management practices, and regulatory expectations.
  • Experience facilitating executive-level recovery exercises and crisis simulations.
