Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development with 5+ years leading multiple teams.

• Strong grounding in system architecture, cloud, API design/integration, and DevOps.
• Hands-on familiarity with tech stack: .NET, Java, Node.js, Python, React.

Responsibilities

• Set the software development strategy, roadmap, and architecture standards.
• Lead and grow teams of managers, developers, and QA.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle, from scoping to release and support.
