Job summary

Navitas Semiconductor in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced leader to drive the SiC power module technology roadmap and to build a global organization of packaging, module, materials, process, reliability, and manufacturing engineers. You will own the technical strategy and work with OSATs to deliver high-performance modules for 1.2kV and higher voltage platforms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of semiconductor packaging or power module development with significant leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience releasing power semiconductor modules from concept to production.
• Deep knowledge of power module architectures, packaging materials, assembly processes, thermal management, and reliability.
• Experience leading module development and industrialization with OSATs or outsourced partners.
• Strong understanding of JEDEC, AEC-Q, and automotive qualification methodologies.
• Proven record of building and leading global multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology roadmap for next-generation SiC power modules from 1.2kV to 2.3kV+ platforms.
• Build and develop a global organization of package, module, materials, process, reliability, and manufacturing engineers.
• Drive advanced module architectures, electrical/thermal design, and qualification plans.
• Oversee OSAT partnerships, process capability, and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive DFMEA, design reviews, and risk mitigation throughout development.
• Own technical release criteria and post-release monitoring for new module platforms.
• Serve as technical authority and interface with customers, suppliers, and partners.
