Job summary

Navitas Semiconductor Usa seeks a senior leader to drive the SiC power module technology roadmap, spanning 1.2kV through ultra-high-voltage platforms. You will build and guide a global team across packaging, materials, process, reliability, and manufacturing engineering to deliver robust, scalable module solutions.

You will partner with Product, Device, Test, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product execution, with a focus on design-for-manufacturing, reliability, and cost

Qualifications

• MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• 15+ years in semiconductor packaging or power module development with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience releasing power module projects from concept to production.
• Deep knowledge of power module architectures, materials, assembly, and reliability.
• Experience leading module development with OSATs or outsourced partners.
• Understanding of JEDEC, AEC-Q, and related qualification methodologies.
• Proven track record building and leading global engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the SiC power module technology roadmap for high- and ultra-high-voltage platforms.
• Build and lead a global org of engineers across packaging, materials, and manufacturing.
• Drive development from concept through qualification, safe launch, ramp, and release.
• Establish architectures, design rules, materials strategies, and assembly processes.
• Own technical execution across development phases and gates.
• Lead activities with OSAT partners for capability, quality, and capacity.
• Drive design-for-manufacturing, design-for-reliability, design-for-test and risk mitigation.
• Establish development methods including DFMEA, reviews, and readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with Product, Device, Test, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and BUs for execution.
• Define long-term OSAT strategy, supplier qualification, and capacity planning.
• Serve as senior technical interface with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, cycle time, cost, and operations across module manufacturing.
