Job summary

The NBA seeks a Senior Director, New Business & Marketing Partnership Lead to drive the expansion of NBA Philippines by leading non-media B2B partnerships, revenue growth, and strategic programs in the Philippines market. This role collaborates across NBA Asia teams to monetize assets and create new commercial streams.

Based in Manila with travel across focus markets, the role requires deep experience in sports partnerships, global business development, and leadership of regional sales efforts,

Qualifications

• 15 years of international or regional sales, business development, and/or marketing experience with a globally recognized organization(s).
• 15 years’ business development team management experience with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinker with ability to lead in a diverse region.
• Experience building business in Asia and the Philippines market.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD strategy for Philippines, engaging multinational and domestic partners.
• Drive sponsorship and merchandise licensing revenue with integrated programs.
• Oversee partnerships lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure in Philippines.
• Collaborate with NBA Asia teams on marketing partnerships, FAE, CPD, and merchandising assets.
• Monitor revenue goals and maintain relationships with partners.
• Develop media plans and sponsored content with Media and Fan Engagement teams.
