National Basketball Association (NBA) is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Development & Go-to-Market for the Philippines. Based in the Philippines, you will shape storytelling and go-to-market materials to bring NBA assets to life for partners, prospects and internal stakeholders.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Global Partnerships, Growth, Marketing, Content, Events and regional teams to identify new revenue opportunities and monetize assets in the Philippines, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Media, Economics or related field required.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in business, marketing, strategy or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, sponsorship, consulting, agency, media, technology or consumer brands environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of commercial asset concepts and go-to-market materials for Philippines market.
• Translate strategy, fan insights and partner objectives into clear partner-facing stories.
• Collaborate with Global Partnerships, Marketing, Content, Events and regional teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Create high-quality sales enablement materials, decks, one-pagers and business cases for monetization of NBA assets.
• Bridge commercial teams with experts to ensure asset packaging aligns with business value and brand standards.
• Support market prioritization and connect local opportunities to Asia regional growth goals.
• Develop templates and processes for asset ideation, GTM storytelling and launch readiness.
• Analyze partner feedback and market data to refine propositions and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-ready updates for senior leadership on pipeline and progress.
• Maintain a Philippines-market standard for storytelling with local nuance.
