Psych Siren Management Consultancy is seeking a Business Unit Head to lead a multi-restaurant franchise network in a fast-paced QSR environment. You will drive strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple areas.

You will oversee market expansion, franchisee collaboration, and performance-driven initiatives, with regular fieldwork and store visits. This leadership role demands a track record of turning strategy into measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related business/ hospitality field.
• 6+ years in store operations and 4+ years in area operations management (QSR).
• Advanced training in business strategy development, profit management, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-area business growth strategies, set restaurant-level targets and align with franchisee and corporate objectives.
• Lead market expansion by identifying new opportunities, supporting franchisees in lease negotiations, and overseeing new store development from permits to project completion.
• Monitor performance, incorporate feedback from Group Managers, and evolve strategies to meet KRAs.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews with franchisees to drive operational excellence and growth.
