Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or process re-engineering.
• Experience managing digital transformation or technology-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process modeling.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle or SDLC.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
• Identify process gaps and recommend opportunities for digital innovation and customer experience improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical documentation.
• Create process flows, business rules, performance measures, and control requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Ensure requirements are clear, communicated, validated, and approved before development.
• Work with development, quality assurance, information security, network, systems support, and third-party vendors.
• Evaluate potential software solutions and conduct gap analyses.
• Support the preparation of test plans and test data.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and system implementation.
• Verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Prepare project plans, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
• Manage competing priorities, resources, stakeholders, and vendors.
