Job summary

Twoconnect Careers seeks a Senior Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid digital acquisition and support organic growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will own planning, execution and optimization of campaigns on Google, Microsoft Bing and Meta, and guide channel strategy and budget allocations for ecommerce growth.

The role requires five+ years in digital performance marketing, strong ROAS improvements, and expertise in Google Ads, SEO and Shopify.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years hands-on digital performance marketing experience with paid acquisition responsibilities.
• Experience managing ecommerce performance marketing across multiple websites/brands/markets.
• Advanced experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing, conversions).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads (campaign creation, targeting, optimisation, reporting).
• Ability to manage and scale monthly paid media budgets (AUD 30,000+) with controls.
• Proven track record improving ROAS, conversions, revenue or CAC.
• Strong SEO knowledge: backlink acquisition, off-page, keyword growth and organic performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads.
• Manage an initial paid media budget of ~AUD 30,000 per month and recommend scalable increases.
• Develop channel strategies across Australia and New Zealand for ecommerce sites.
• Own campaign structure, keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding, testing, feeds, landing pages.
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, CR and revenue contributions; provide actionable insights.
• Lead ongoing SEO activity focusing on backlinks, on-page and off-page improvements.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to support product promotions and retention.
• Coordinate with design and web teams for assets, landing pages and site improvements.
• Ensure robust tracking, attribution, reporting via GA, GTM and ecommerce tools.
