Responsibilities include optimizing campaigns, landing pages, and CRM-driven workflows while coordinating with sales and customer service to ensure timely follow-up and strong ROAS.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of performance marketing with documented impact on CPL, CAC and conversions.
• Hands-on mastery in GoHighLevel accounts, multi-location CRMs, and automated workflows.
• Direct experience setting up, optimizing, and scaling Google Search/Display and Meta campaigns.
• Shopify storefront administration, catalogs, pricing, and apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing strategy and campaigns to drive growth across channels.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and landing page optimization to improve conversions.
• Oversee GoHighLevel onboarding, data quality, and marketing automation workflows.
• Coordinate with sales, content, and design for cohesive brand campaigns.
