Job summary

NZAB is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital growth initiatives across the Head Office and Licensees in a water solutions business. You will own digital lead generation, e-commerce management on Shopify, and marketing automation using GoHighLevel to drive qualified inquiries and customer acquisitions.

Qualifications

4–6 years of performance marketing, with documented CPL/CAC impact.
Deep hands-on mastery of GHL accounts, multi-location CRMs, funnels and automation.
Direct, non-agency experience in planning and scaling Google Search/Display and Meta campaigns.
Practical administration of Shopify storefronts, catalogs, promotions, and apps.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned to growth objectives.
Plan and manage marketing calendars, budgets, and performance targets.
Lead Google Ads and Meta ads campaigns across channels; optimise conversions and cost per lead.
Improve landing pages, enquiry forms, and booking paths to boost conversions.
Coordinate with sales and customer service to ensure timely lead follow-up.
Build and optimise funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, and booking processes via GHL.
