Qualifications

At least 5 years in digital marketing and inbound lead generation.
Proven experience generating leads for local service businesses (plumbing, trades, construction, property services).
Strong hands-on SEO and local SEO capabilities.
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proven ability to build high-converting landing pages.
Experience with CRM workflows, email and SMS automation.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking, call tracking and attribution.
Ability to write or direct persuasive ad and landing-page copy.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools (GA, GSC, GTM).
Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an SEO strategy for commercial and residential plumbing services.
Build high-converting landing pages and campaigns for various service areas.
Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
Create and manage content across social channels and paid social campaigns.
