Job summary

Alorica Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist to enhance our global marketing organization and build a best-in-class digital strategy for clients.

The role supports marketing initiatives, campaigns, and data integrations, owning nurture, drip, and personalization programs across platforms, and ensuring the health of marketing automation initiatives. You will collaborate with Marketing Managers, IT, Creative, and internal clients to design and implement effective digital solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a related marketing role.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and data platforms (RampedUp, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Familiarity with ABM platforms like Demandbase and 6sense.
• Experience with Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python and BigQuery a plus.
• Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills with a user-focused mindset.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (nurture, newsletters, drip campaigns) with high-quality implementation and measurable results.
• Coordinate content, creative assets, and campaign components across digital channels with the Global Marketing Organization.
• Manage and execute ABM programs with the Growth team and report milestones to leadership.
• Understand the customer journey and optimize for conversion at all funnel points.
• Develop, schedule, and report on email campaigns, landing pages, and digital content; optimize user experience.
• Support new channel expansion, data/tech stack integrations, and automated workflows.
