Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4–6 years in digital marketing, marketing automation, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Experience building emails, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and data quality.
• Familiarity with lead routing, attribution, and CRM handoff processes.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and deploy assets within Salesforce Account Engagement and Knak.
• Support email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and related assets.
• Support lead capture, routing, attribution, and campaign tracking.
• Maintain marketing database hygiene and data synchronization with Salesforce.
• Perform comprehensive campaign QA and data flow validation.
• Support campaign performance analysis and optimization opportunities.
