Job summary

SONAK CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, paid media, email, and CRM to grow brand awareness and sales. You will develop trend-driven content, optimize ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok, and support email marketing and loyalty initiatives.

Collaborating with agencies and internal teams, you will manage campaigns, track performance, and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, CRM, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and customer engagement campaigns.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs and CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sports and active lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a willingness to support events outside regular working hours when required.
• Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving digital and AI landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, email, and CRM channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Develop relevant and trend-driven social media content plans while ensuring alignment with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms, with a focus on maximizing return on investment.
• Plan, execute and support email marketing and customer retention initiatives, including member communications, promotional campaigns, and customer lifecycle journeys.
• Work closely with external agencies and partners by providing campaign briefs, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate with E-commerce, IT, Brand Communications, Retail Operations, and Brand Principals to successfully deliver marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support store activations, sporting events, product launches, and seasonal campaigns, including weekend participation when required.
