Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Solutions & Integration Manager to lead the technical evaluation, architecture design, and end-to-end integration of digital insurance solutions with strategic partners.

You will translate business goals into scalable integration frameworks, define API specs, map customer journeys, and collaborate with Enterprise IT, Security, and vendors to ensure secure, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–8 years in technical solution architecture or systems integration.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, Webhooks and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery from design to UAT and production.
• Define integration milestones, dependency matrices, and success criteria.
• Direct vendors and Insurtech partners throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Align business, IT, compliance, legal, and partner engineering teams.
• Monitor performance, latency, and platform health for improvements.
