Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines seeks an experienced Solutions Architect with deep life insurance domain expertise to design and deliver scalable tech solutions aligning with business goals.

You will lead architecture efforts, collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide development teams to implement robust, secure platforms across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience as a Solutions Architect, ideally within the life insurance industry.
• Solid understanding of life insurance products, business processes, and the regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in modern architecture patterns, cloud services, and software development practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead architect for a specific domain, overseeing all related solutions and their interdependencies across the business.
• Partner with Enterprise Architects on overall strategy and provide direction to Solutions Designers as they develop solutions within their areas.
• Review and sign off on solution designs to ensure they meet established standards within your domain.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Design and build scalable, secure solutions that improve the customer experience and streamline operations.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of software products and services.
• Oversee the rollout of new systems, including integration with existing platforms.
• Ensure solutions comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
