D2B is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist to join our New Zealand team as a hands-on leader for two established NZ brands, with potential expansion to a third premium skincare brand. You will manage creative and performance marketing across brands, balancing strategic thinking with independent execution.

You will drive campaigns across META, Google Ads, email, social, and Shopify, while crafting compelling visuals using Adobe CC and optimizing for ROAS and conversions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing and creative design.
• Experience managing multi-brand e-commerce campaigns.
• Strong English communication and written skills.
• Strategic, data-driven and proactive marketer.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimize META advertising across brands.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max).
• Create social content and manage paid/organic across platforms.
• Lead Klaviyo email campaigns and automation flows.
• Oversee Shopify site updates and promotions.
• Design assets with Adobe Creative Cloud for digital/print.
• Analyze campaigns and report actionable insights.
