Job summary

Outsourced.ph in Manila seeks a senior digital designer to shape brand visuals for landing pages and campaigns. You will drive design systems in Figma, create assets for the website and marketing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across markets.

You will work with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, analyze design performance with Looker, and contribute to ongoing Webflow or animation work as a bonus. This is a hybrid role with two onsite days weekly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a digital design role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and design systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
• Comfortable working with reporting and analytics tools such as Looker to inform design decisions.
• Proficient across Google Suite and presentation tools.
• Excellent prioritisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver under pressure.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with Webflow or animation.

Responsibilities

• Design high performing, engaging landing pages and on-brand visuals.
• Utilise Figma components and design systems within our design framework.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
• Create and refresh digital assets including banners, social content, and emails.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders for campaign execution.
