Job summary

Outsourced, a Philippines-based offshore outsourcing company, seeks a Senior Digital Designer with expert Figma skills and a strong design systems background. The role involves creating high-converting landing pages, campaigns, and assets for global brands.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in digital design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Looker for data-informed decisions. Hybrid work: onsite 2x/week in Eastwood or Alabang, schedule Mon-Fri 10am-7pm PH.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a digital design role, ideally within a marketing or e-commerce environment.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and design systems.
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Responsibilities

Design high performing, engaging and on brand landing pages, understanding how design directly impacts conversion and action.
Build and maintain a website design system in Figma to create consistency across Webflow pages.
Create and refresh digital assets including banners, eDMs, and social content across platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design supports product integrity and marketing objectives.
Guide Webflow developers on building page designs and QA for pages.
