Job summary

Outsourced, a Philippines-based offshore outsourcing company, seeks a Senior Digital Designer with expert Figma skills and a strong design systems background. The role involves creating high-converting landing pages, campaigns, and assets for global brands.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in digital design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Looker for data-informed decisions. Hybrid work: onsite 2x/week in Eastwood or Alabang, schedule Mon-Fri 10am-7pm PH.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a digital design role, ideally within a marketing or e-commerce environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and design systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Design high performing, engaging and on brand landing pages, understanding how design directly impacts conversion and action.
• Build and maintain a website design system in Figma to create consistency across Webflow pages.
• Create and refresh digital assets including banners, eDMs, and social content across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design supports product integrity and marketing objectives.
• Guide Webflow developers on building page designs and QA for pages.

Experience and skills

• 7+ years of experience in a digital design role, ideally within a marketing or e-commerce environment
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and design systems
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
• Comfortable working with reporting and analytics tools such as Looker to inform design decisions
• Proficient across Google Suite and presentation tools
• Excellent prioritisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and deliver quality work under pressure
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with Webflow or a comparable website platform &/or : Animation experience

Key Responsibilities

Website Design

• Design high performing, engaging and on brand landing pages, understanding how design directly impacts conversion and action
• Have a strong understanding for Figma components and design systems, to utilise and build on our current website design system
• Understand how design and copy work together to make high performing landing pages
• Design graphic assets for the company website including homepage banners and UI illustrations
• Monitor marketing landing page performance where possible and bring forward optimisation ideas based on what the data tells you
• Brief Webflow developers on building page designs
• Be open to learning how to build landing pages in Webflow using our pre-built design system and supporting the QA process for all pages you design

Design Systems

• Own and evolve our email design system — a library of reusable Figma components used across the whole team
• Build and maintain a website design system in Figma to create consistency and speed across our Webflow pages
• Champion design standards, documentation and component quality to enable the wider team

Campaign & Graphic Design

• Support our senior designer with campaign execution across all campaigns throughout the year — Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas and more — taking what has been designed and rolling it out across all other assets, regions and sizes
• Create and refresh digital assets including digital card designs, greeting cards, gift unwrapping animations, eDM banners, pop-ups, paid ads and social content across all platforms
• Design assets that are culturally relevant and locally resonant — considering imagery, references and visual choices that genuinely connect with audiences in each market
• Consider how to templatise assets by creating on-brand, high quality and visually engaging templates
• Bring an excellent understanding of typography, layout and hierarchy to everything you design
• Be comfortable refining and improving copy to make it work within the design
• Actively consider how movement and animation can elevate your designs
• Use performance data to inform creative decisions — reviewing what's working and recommending improvements
• Support the team with day-to-day design tasks and production work — we value someone who takes pride in the small stuff as much as the big ideas

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with cross-functional teams — Marketing, Product, Martech and beyond — to ensure design supports both product integrity and marketing objectives
• Critique in-progress work, evaluate the priority and effectiveness of design solutions
• Encourage feedback and develop execution plans where the path forward isn't always obvious
• Support other business functions with design-related requirements
• Liaise with global teams to share knowledge, ideate and collaborate
• Prepare marketing presentations including post-campaign wrap-ups and activity showcases

Work Schedule: M to F 10am to 7pm PH

Work Location: Hybrid - 2x per week onsite (either in Eastwood or Alabang)
