Job summary

Outsourced. ph seeks a Senior Digital Designer with expert Figma skills and 7+ years in digital design. You will craft high‑performing landing pages, build design systems, and collaborate across Marketing and Product to ensure consistency and impact. The role is hybrid, with on-site days in the Philippines and remote collaboration.

You will lead campaigns, create assets for multiple channels, and leverage analytics to inform creative decisions, including animation and Webflow-ready pages.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a digital design role, ideally in marketing or e-commerce.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component-based design and design systems.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Comfortable using Looker or similar analytics tools to inform design decisions.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and presentation tools.
• Excellent prioritisation and problem-solving under pressure.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with Webflow or similar website platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design high performing, on-brand landing pages and assets.
• Own and evolve email design systems and a shared design library in Figma.
• Create digital assets for campaigns across channels and regions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Martech to support objectives.
• Work with Webflow developers and QA teams on page designs.
• Apply data-driven insights to optimize creative performance.
