You will work with marketing, content, and paid media teams to craft visually compelling, conversion-driven assets across websites, landing pages, emails, and digital advertising.

The role requires a portfolio of web layouts, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and an understanding of UX/UI and CMS platforms like WordPress.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of graphic design focusing on web and digital design.
• Proven experience designing conversion-focused web pages and landing pages.
• Strong portfolio of web layouts and digital assets.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Solid UX/UI understanding and responsive design practices.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
• Familiarity with B2B marketing, staffing or outsourcing is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting web pages and landing pages for services.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and final designs for desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with developers to maintain design integrity.
• Improve UI/UX to boost user experience and conversions.
• Develop visuals for Google/LinkedIn/Meta ads and email campaigns.
• Maintain brand guidelines across digital touchpoints.
