Qualifications

• Solid UX/UI understanding and responsive design practices.

Position Overview

Remote Employee is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong web page design experience to elevate our digital presence. This role is ideal for a designer who understands B2B marketing, conversion-focused layouts, and modern web aesthetics.

You will work closely with marketing, content, and paid media teams to create visually compelling, conversion-driven assets across our website, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Landing Page Design

• Design high-converting web pages and landing pages aligned with Remote Employee's offshore staffing services.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and final designs optimized for desktop and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity during implementation.
• Improve UI/UX to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

2. Conversion-Focused Design

• Design layouts that clearly communicate value propositions, service offerings, case studies, and CTAs.
• Apply best practices in visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and user flow.
• Optimize landing pages for lead generation and campaign performance.

3. Digital Marketing Assets

• Create graphics for Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
• Design social media visuals, email banners, infographics, and downloadable resources.
• Develop visual assets for blogs, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.

4. Brand Consistency

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colors, iconography, and overall brand tone.
• Support the development of co-branded materials for partners and affiliates.

5. Collaboration & Performance Optimization

• Work with marketing and content teams to align visuals with messaging strategy.
• Participate in A/B testing initiatives for landing pages and ads.
• Continuously improve design performance based on analytics and user behavior insights.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of graphic design experience with a strong focus on web and digital design.
• Proven experience designing conversion-focused web pages and landing pages.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web layouts, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design best practices.
• Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and professional services industries (staffing, outsourcing, SaaS preferred).
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and manage multiple projects effectively.
