• Develop and deliver nutrition-related health talks, education programmes and workshops for patients and the community.
• Foster a vibrant community of caregivers through education, training and relevant service initiatives.
• Build and maintain partnerships with government agencies and voluntary welfare organisations to improve service accessibility for patients.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses and allied health professionals.
• Lead and/or participate in quality improvement and research projects to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the team or department.
